Error - 1147 Target Table is Already Engaged in a Relation

This error may occur in version 4.0x while attempting to merge word processing documents using the “Tagged Records” filter. The error is specific to having records tagged on multiple levels of a database, particularly if the current level and the parent both have tagged records. This issue was corrected in version 4.5.
