Error 111: Could not update cursor

This error may occur when launching TM.EXE if the file attributes of the *.CUR files in the TOOLS directory of TeleMagic are read-only. You can remove the read-only the file attribute by issuing a simple DOS command. First, make sure you are working in the correct directory. Using a command prompt, change drives to your TeleMagic installation drive. Then, change directories to your TeleMagic tools directory (the default is TM4\TOOLS\). Next, to remove the read-only file attributes, use the following command:

ATTRIB *.* -R

Hit enter and the file attributes will be changed.

If the error persists, you may not have sufficient rights to the TeleMagic directory or the subdirectories. Try logging into the network as an administrator. If you do not get the error at that point, then the user that is getting the error probably does not have sufficient network rights to run TeleMagic.
