Error After Creating, Editing, or Merging a Document in Word 97

If you are using Word 97 along with the intraNetWare Client for Windows 95 version 2.20, you may receive one of the following errors after attempting to create, edit, or merge a document from within TeleMagic:

1101 Cannot open file
1102 Cannot create file
1103 Illegal seek offset
1104 File read error
1105 File write error

The cause of these errors is the loss of drive mappings on the workstation. This has been resolved by Novell in an updated version of the file NOVELLNP.DLL. To correct the problem, download the file NOVELLNP.EXE from the Novell web site at: http://support.novell.com/misc/patlst.htm.
