Contents of Fields Displaying Incorrectly in Browse

When the "Select the field on entry" check box was marked for a field in the Template dialog box, the contents of the field appeared incorrectly in Contact Browse. This issue was fixed in the CONTACT.APP of the post 4.5 hot fix.
