Error: Ambiguous Name Detected: TMPDDE

This is a Word error which can occur when using TeleMagic to open an existing document in Word 97, or when trying to perform a print or fax merge using Word 97.

This problem can be resolved by deleting the TMPDDE macro from the Microsoft Word global template (NORMAL.DOT) file. If deleting this macro does not solve the problem, rename or delete the NORMAL.DOT file. Word will recreate the file. If there are multiple copies of the NORMAL.DOT file, rename or delete all of them.
