Fax File Not Found

This error occurs when faxing locally or using the Automation Server, specifically on Windows NT or Windows 2000 workstations where the word processor is Word 97. It seems to occur mostly with documents containing bitmaps and pictures.

If Word 97 was able to print at least one document, it would continue without any error discarding the other documents that could not print. Otherwise, you would get "fax file not found" error.

If you have installation with this problem, you can request the fix from Telemagic.ca by completing the request form.

Be sure to exit TM and Automation Server, delete the Fax Driver and launch the programs. The new printer driver will then be installed .
