TeleMagic
was Unable to Add the Fax Driver
You
may receive this message when starting TeleMagic on an NT server
or workstation. If you do, check to see that you have adequate
rights to add a printer. You can check this simply trying to add
a printer in the Printers window found in My Computer. Since the
TeleMagic Fax driver is essentially a printer, you must have rights
to add a printer in order for TeleMagic to add the fax driver.
If you get an error message "Operation could not be completed.
The RPC Server is unavailable" then you may need to stop, then
restart the spooler service in NT. You can refer to Microsoft
Knowledge Base article ID Q158042 for additional information on
RPC errors when adding a printer.
