The Wrong User ID is Passed to the Accounting Link

The current TeleMagic user ID was being passed to the accounting application, rather than the user name entered in User Security for the accounting link. The correct user id will now be passed to the accounting link. This issue was fixed in the ACCOUNTS.APP in the post 4.5 hot fix.
