Question:
Intermittently my users are getting "Alias Not Found" errors when
they save a call note or save a notepad entry. What is this error
and how can I resolve it?
Answer:
Some
possible causes to this error have been related to temporary files
residing in various TeleMagic User directories. These temp files
have numbers for the filename and file extensions of "DBF", "FPT"
or "CDX" [ex: 33826854.dbf 33826854.CDX]. These files can be removed
safely once all users have exited the TeleMagic program.
