Dialer - My Call Notes window is no longer visible. How do I get it back?

Question: I was in the middle of a call, and switched from the Call Notes dialog box to the Contact Manager. My Contact Manager takes up the whole screen, and now I can't see the Call Notes dialog box. How do I bring it to the front?

Answer: There are three ways to bring the Call Notes dialog box to the front - click the Dial button on the System Toolbar (if you have placed it on the toolbar), select Call Notes from the Office menu, or use the key combination Alt+D.
