Removing "http://" when using a Web address field icon

When the button next to a Web Address field is clicked, the characters "http://" (without the quotes) are sent to your browser as a prefix to the web site address. A new flag has been added which allows you to disable this prefix. To use this new feature, add a line to the [System Setup] section of the TM.INI which reads:

HTTP Prefix=N

If this line is not present in the TM.INI, or if a Y follows the equal sign, the "http://" prefix will be sent to the browser. This feature would be used if you intend to use the web address field to open files in other applications which do not require the prefix, such as documents or spreadsheets located on your local computer or network. If you are using this feature, you will need to preface web addresses with "www" in order to launch the browser. This feature was added as a part of the CONTACT.APP which is included with the post 4.5.2 files.
