Screen
Designer - Object Maneuvering
How
can I move objects in the screen designer one pixel at a time?
For
finer control over the movement and placement of objects, use
the arrow keys on your keyboard rather than the mouse. If Snap
to Grid is off, this method allows moving objects by a single
pixel at a time. If Snap to Grid is on, the object will move by
one grid square. To do this, click on the object to select it,
then use the arrow keys to move the object.
You
can use a similar method to resize objects. This will change the
size of an object by one pixel at a time, regardless of whether
Snap to Grid is on or off:
1.
Click on the object to select it.
2. Hold down the Ctrl key.
3. Use the arrow keys to adjust the size of the object.
4. Release the Ctrl key.
Here
is a way to create a check box with a "3D" look:
1.
Place a check box on the screen.
2. Click on the check box to select it.
3. Hold down the Ctrl key.
4. Press the down arrow key three times.
5. Release the Ctrl key.
